To me, plants represent peaceful time—something deeply needed amid the fast-paced rhythm of city living. A plant is never in a rush. It’s grounded, still, and entirely present. In my practice, plants feel like the opposite of the heads I’m often known for. They’re the yin to that yang—the quieter, more intuitive side of my work.

This new series focuses on indoor plants: their fluid lines, lush shapes, and the quiet way they occupy space. Paired with ceramic pots—manmade, symmetrical, often decorative—the contrast creates a dynamic I love to explore. It’s where nature and design meet.

Each painting is full of subtle details and was a pleasure to create. They all have a personality of their own and have been crafted with care, love, and attention.
